Located in the Moore Park Garden complex, Moore Health offers you the convenience of a comprehensive range of rehabilitation and sports injury treatments provided by esteemed Sports Physiotherapist Catherine Moore and her qualified and experienced team of therapists.


EXERCISE CLASS TIMETABLE

Each class runs for 1 hour and is lead by a Moore Health physiotherapist with a maximum of 6 people. Class involves exercising as a group as well as personalised exercises tailored to your individual goals. The physio will instruct you on your program that is unique for your body.

Monday: 8:00AM

Tuesday: 7:30AM & Yoga 6:30pm

Wednesday: 7:30am & 12:30 PM

Thursday: 7:30AM & 6pm

Friday: 7:30am

Saturday: 7:30AM & 8:30AM

Yoga on Tuesday night. I try not to miss it...
I really enjoyed the therapy at Moore Health. The staff are friendly and efficient and they will treat you with respect. The therapist took her time and made sure that I was happy with the treatment and understood the purpose of each step along the way. I recommend it to anyone suffering from muscle aches and pains.
Marianne did a amazing job after a slight soccer jarring in my lower back and hip. She knew exactly what was wrong once she started the massage. I could feel a difference straight away!
A must go for all those aches and pains. Very thorough, efficient and friendly. Most of all...gets results!
Excellent staff who really know what they are doing. Went in with back pain and came out smiling
