Visited here earlier this week and loved every bit of it. We paid extra to play with the dingoes which was amazing experience. Such beautiful animals and they were friendly and loved to be cuddled. I recommend also buying a bag or two of food at the entrance (only $2 a bag) to feed the roaming kangaroos and wallabies. Great spot for tourists or if you're just wanting a relaxing day out. They also have several demonstrations throughout the day so make sure you pick up a program guide on your way in.

Having visited the sanctuary through the day we decided that we would try the evening experience. Wow what a informative visit. From start to finish it was really an enjoyable night. We were shown around by an excellent guide who's infectious knowledge had us listening & wanting to know more. Getting close to the animals was awesome. Feeding the sugar gliders was the highlight for me. Thank you Moonlit Sanctuary for all you are doing for Australian animals.

Absolutely awesome place and definitely recommend it for a day out. If you'd like an experience it's imperative you book first as there is a line before it opens. All animals are well looked after and all animal pens big, clean and all water bowls full. All staff were very knowledgeable and had a real passion for their animal babies and conservation. All handlers treated the animals well and the animal food was indeed fresh and healthy fruit and veggies. Definitely recommend the Dingo walk, probably the best of all but so very hard to decide! I love that they've taken in animals indefinitely such as the eagle who could not fly and the Tasmanian devils who were bred for population numbers. I could not fault anything about this place! Definitely buy kangaroo food, great for the wallaby trail

Fun and informative! We managed to catch a talk about Tasmanian Devils and Wombats and the volunteer was very knowledgeable and friendly. We walked alongside Kangaroos and Wallabies as they roamed quite freely around the sanctuary and it was amazing to get so close to these beautiful creatures. Would recommend buying feed for the animals at the desk so you enjoy a close encounter.

THIS WAS THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE I HAD IN AUSTRALIA!!! You can buy food for the kangaroos and wallabies who will walk right up to you and eat out of your hand. They even allow you to pet them. Other highlights include seeing wombats, dingos and koalas.
