Not much to say really. I'm an ice-cream connoisseur maybe just a foodie this is possibly the best ice cream ever made. Excellent creamyness, no ice crystals and full authentic flavour. Go and try it yourself and check out the stylish new shop design.
Unbeatably delectable ice cream and gelato made with fresh local ingredients and highly environmentally-conscious packaging. Perfect treat for travellers along the Melbourne-Sydney route, or just a sunny day
Ordered two flavours in a cone. The amount was generous. One flavour was fine but the other flavour blood orange tasted very artificial. Some of it dropped on my skin and I could hardly wash it off and even after proper wash the colour remained on my skin which indicates they use too much food colour. They might need to decrease the temperature of their icecream as they were a bit soft.
The BEST ice cream in the area! Many unique ice cream flavors, I had Yoghurt + Cherry Sauce and Zabaglione, the former one is with real cherries inside! I was IN AWE of the passion fruit flavor and next time it has to be my one of 3 scoops. Cause having 2 flavors at once is totally not satisfying when you knew how many flavors they offer. The staff is nice too:
Tried the honeycomb and the butterscotch. Both were quite watery and icy with a lack of their advertised flavours. For the prices being asked, the ice creamerer really needs to get themselves up to Sydney or down to Melbourne to sample some properly made varieties in Enmore Rd or Collingwood. Ice cream at this price this needs to be rich in flavour and creamy in texture, and I think they would benefit from seeing how it's done in a place where competition drives excellence.
Been to this ice creamery many times before and have never been too disappointed in portion sizes. Tonight was very disappointed to see my partner and myself get completely different amounts of icecream for the same price. $6 worth and the cup is just over half full after pushing the icecream down to fill the gaps shown in the pictures. Pictures show the scoops are not packed down and barely protruding past the rim of the cup. Was a busy night at the shop but that's no excuse to rip a customer off. Very disappointing as the icecream here is very tasty. If I happen to go here again I'll be sure to check the amount in the cup before leaving the store as to not get short changed. I suggest others do the same.
I had heard great things but was taken aback by the rudeness of the employee that was serving us, especially as it was our first time here. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times and was also given too little change which I didn’t pay attention to as I wasn’t familiar with prices until later on when a friend let me know. The Ice cream was good though so I hope to go again hopefully with somebody else serving.
We couldn’t keep our kids out of this place. Great ice creams and sorbets at very reasonable prices.
Nice ice cream. Unfortunately the staff need to learn how to serve and present the products.
