Love is a great physiotherapist. Who's intelligent and has been able to answer all my questions with knowledge and wisdom. My body was in pretty rough shape all over and he's been able to heal me back to almost full shape and its only been a couple months. Parts of my body I didn't think I would be able to move again or feel and I can now. I'll continue to go here as they're all professional and my body does nothing but improve while he makes sure I'm keeping my body safe from reinjury and worry.
The Physiotherapists here are amazing, my mom was having treatment here for her back and knees. She was impressed by the treatments and recovery. There's 3 reasons why I am not giving them 5 stars. 1 There's no designated handicap parking, which makes no sense, 2 the building's main doors aren't automatic being a physio office this should be mandatory. My mom also had a hard time walking into the building from the parking stalls. I have seen others with injuries or in wheelchairs have difficulty getting in the building and to their cars. There's no ramp in the curb/sidewalk either. 3 The receptionist gets defensive and is argumentative for no reason. She needs to understand client's questions/concerns completely. Majority of the time she has no clue what you are saying. All she needs to do is ask for clarification rather than assume. It's extremely unprofessional and annoying.
Started my knee replacement therapy and found my visits very punctual and efficient. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Their friendly text appointment reminders much appreciated.
Love covered & addressed all my concerns & started therapy immediately. He hasa great pers* is pleasant to deal with. I would greatly recommend him. He is also assisting my 86 mother recovery from her car accident. She is improving greatly everyday!
This pharmacy is clean, organized, well-stocked and the staff are friendly. Getting my kid vaccinated can be a challenge sometimes. Thank you so much, Kaushal, for accommodating us and making it more pleasant for my child.
