Montrachet is owned and run by Shannon and Clare Kellam. Formerly located in Paddington, now established in King Street, Bowen Hills.

Story

Montrachet Bar - Comptoir - Restaurant is owned and run by Shannon Kellam and Clare Wallace. Originally created and owned by Thierry and Carol Galichet, Montrachet changed hands in early 2015.

Montrachet offers a delight to the palate through a seasonal French menu, and extensive French wine list.

"Supper Club" on Friday nights gives guests a chance to experience Shannon's array of techniques and flavour combinations through a 5 course degustation. The Supper Club menu changes weekly.

An amazing experience. The food is spectacular and priced well for the amazing quality. So Covid safe with plenty room between tables and a generous 2 hour seating time unheard of in these times. Service is impeccable. Montrachet just gets better and better every time I come.

Montrachet is a beautiful restaurant, with excellent food and excellent service. I highly recommend it. We had lamb with roast vegetables and the Paris mash and it was amazing. Well done!
Incredible and very polished service, which for Brisbane is saying something. Couple this with an extensive wine collection to choose from and carefully blended degustation dishes, will leave you wanting to come back. Thank you for making the evening so memorable, I look forward to returning when next in Brisbane.
This is by far the best restaurant in Brisbane. The staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food simply speaks for itself - regular menu changes ensures that you always have a difficult choice to make. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.....
