We had Monster Plumbing around today at short notice to clear a blocked sewerage pipe. Unlike others who want to charge a call out fee then quote you on premises (gouge), Ben was upfront with pricing and based on our description of the issue, provided us with an estimated price that was very reasonable. Ben kept us informed as to his ETA and arrived on time, setting up and starting on the works without fuss or delay. Ben had the blockage cleared within 45mins and had an image of the issue that he'd captured on his CCTV inspection camera. The blockage was obviously no match for the monstrous diesel powered jetter that Ben uses. We would happily use Monster Plumbing for any drain clearing work again.

These guys arrived when they said they were going to and were really upfront about what had to be done and how much it would cost me. The good ole basics of great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I was staying on the coast for several months and the property I was in suffered a major blockage (Thanks kids). Looked for an emergency plumber and found Ben from Monster Plumbing. He was great. Fast, efficient, and funny given the nature of the blockage. I'd happily recommend Ben to anyone needing a plumber on the Gold Coast.

Ben from Monster Plumbing helped sort out some plumbing issues at my rental property in Queensland and I couldn't have been happier with his communication, service and price! I'd happily recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!

Monster Plumbing came to our property at 2am! We had a burst water pipe under our kitchen which Ben repaired without any fuss. We called a number of plumbers who didn't answer. When we reached Ben he gave us some instant advice on how to stop further damage to our home until he could get there. He arrived within an hour and saved the day. Cheers!
