Sorry, but your pizza dough was raw. Way undercooked. The cheeze covered everything and the pepperoni, ham, onion were all raw underneath. Very disappointing pizza. The Garlic bread however, was worse. It was just chewy old bread. Hard to tare apart even. The dog liked it. Raw ingredients always occur when you make a pizza like this. Cheese should always be put on the bottom and only a very light sprinkling on the top. YUK
I ordered a pizza deal online. I get home after picking my pizza up and I've been given the wrong pizza. Luckily I noticed the mushrooms on there before I started eating as I am heavily allergic to mushrooms. When I called and went back in inconveniently having to go out again, after working all day and running around after work on the phone and at the counter I get no apologies for the inconvenience/mix up of the pizza. It was just "here's your pizza" The garlic bread was dry with hardly any garlic butter on it. Previously I had great pizzas from Monica's, but after tonight it seems the place is being run by incompetent children who are all very young and don't have basic customer service skills.
Having been going to monicas for many years now food quality has always been good from pizza's to parmi's. But personally i have had issues with garlic bread. on a few occasions where i open the packaging and its all cooked bread. pretty much. did give a call got a new one delivered but then this one ended up being same. with one or 2 piece's. only had garlic so didn't bother calling again. overall im happy with monicas but i feel garlic bread needs be fixed or checked before. being given to customers
Had to wait until the bloke got off his phone to take our order in the shop. Snittys were ok, not as big as they use to be. Grabbed some plum chicken wings that looked like they'd be cooked on a dirty tray with remedance whatever was cooked on the tray before hand all over the chicken, In dark brown murky sauce. Probably won't go back..
My husband and I have been to Monica's three times now and absolutely love their pizza and pasta. Last night, my husband and I spend about $33.00 on a pizza, pasta and drink deal. For the amount of food you get is amazing for the price. The pasta was beautiful and creamy and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I recommend anyone who says they are looking to have pizza or pasta for dinner to come here. Thank you to the staff at Monica's who are always very bubbly, polite, and always happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
Carbonara pasta bowl of liquid cream with pasta. no ham at all, just plop. You needed a straw. Carbonara doesn't have cream in it, it's made with egg. I needed a straw for mine. Marinara pasta a bowl of spaghetti with sauce, not one bit of seafood. worst pasta I've had locally, don't sell pasta if you have no idea how to make the sauces. photo added of my slop.
5 stars for the food however, my partner and I had come to pick up our order, we felt dismissed by a young male who had been standing out the front talking to I’m guessing one of his mates. He had acknowledged us and we had made eye contact and he still continued to turn his back and speak to his mate. My partner and I had never felt so disappointed in customer service. The young blonde lady who was really busy had served us where she was very polite while taking our order.
Pizza is great here that’s why they’re popular so 5 stars from me. Your Friday night there is bedlam and chaos and your systems are not coping leaving confusion around who’s pizza is ready, and if they’re late, how long til food is ready. You’ve got a big team…just need some work on your system. Ticketing etc
The customer service was absoutely amazing A+++++ Very welcoming and even held the door open for us when leaving. The pizza was absolutely delicious, not oily at all. The chips were seasoned and were very nice Would highly recommend
Used to absolutely love Monica's pizza and schnitzel however the quality and servings have rapidly declined over the last year and a half. Significant increase in price and rapid decline in quality. Time to go somewhere else for me
