Purchased a lounge a lounge early January. Promised by 1st week of April. Has now gone to mid April which isn’t a real issue. The issue is with the lady that works there. Very abrupt and rude when asked about trying to improve delivery. Told us we can cancel order but won’t be getting our deposit back. Corey the store manager is great to deal with. Very disappointing customer service especially when you’re spending so much
I just had to write a review on the exceptional service I received at your store recently by Alisa. She listens and took the time to understand what look I was trying to achieve in our new house. She is professional, and her product knowledge and helpful suggestions on fabrics and colors made the whole experience so easy and very exciting. This level of service is rare these days unfortunately, so thank you Alisa. By the way, our old lounge was purchased at this exact store 12 years ago. It's still looking great and is now going to be used in the rumpus room. Thank you Plush.
It was a fantastic buying experience at Jindalee showroom. Masato was very helpful right from when we walked in the store. Now hoping the delivery and the product are as expected. Fingers crossed :

Jindalee store. Bought a sofa 11 June. Still awaiting delivery, scheduled early October. $3000 + is paid in full. 23 August bought an armchair $1200 paid in full. This armchair was last only floor stock item. We were not allowed to take it with us. Plush only would deliver charging us for this and would give themselves 2-4 weeks to do this delivery! No date provided. Phoned Plush "Delivery" often, from 3-week mark, to get a delivery date, and was always told it's up to the warehouse to confirm. The warehouse is not apparently answering their calls or emails. I've been told to wait. For a chair in stock, on the floor of the shop. In frustration I went back to the Plush Jindalee store to seek help chair no longer on shop floor and was told by the delightful lady behind the counter that "we understand but there are avenues to go through..." I firmly explained I no longer cared about their avenues I just wanted someone to give me a date for delivery. Yes I was firm, yes I was frustrated, but to be only told "there are avenues..." at least four times left me in total disbelief. When I asked what she would actually do to help me she told me " the door was over there, please use it". Trying to ring Plush to make a complaint is not an option. Voice message tells you there is no one to take your call! So, currently Plush has more than $4000 of my money and I have nothing and no one will assist me. Do not buy from them and do not support the Jindalee store with their most awful customer service to assist. They take your money the rest is up to you to sort out. P.S. Plush has now finally advised after I posted an online review a tentative ! only delivery date, for 5 weeks from purchase date, for a chair that was right there and we could've taken with us on the day! Never buy from them if you actually want any service.
We bought a Cameo fabric recliner for a movie room that arrived last week which seems OK, we were quoted $3089 for an additional leather lounge so we said OK, at the checkout price went up to $3500 the sales person said sorry i did the quote wrong, its another $500 dearer. Walked away from it, no sale. Reading Product Reviews about the problems with the leather I think we dodged a bullet there, I wouldn't want the stress of caring for the leather every 10 weeks plus friends and relatives possibly marking it. The Plush website is a great tool to change material and see what the finished design would look like kudos to Plush for that Nick Scali and others do not have that option
Terrible customer service. We were the only customers in the store for around 20 minutes and were not approached once to see if we needed any assistance. Lazy boy across the street was much better.
We purchased a lounge in March on the basis that they could service the commitment of having it ready by July. We were assured multiple times that due to the new acquisition with Nick Scali that this was totally achievable. He said 6-8 weeks and we will be sitting on our new sofa. The dates have been pushed back..3 times. Current update on the portal is late August with zero commitment or communication from anyone. I have called and emailed customer service and received zero attempts to resolve or explain. When I told them about the initial expectation because we have a baby on the way and wanted a good lounge to sit on with a newborn they simply said that they can’t do anything. I understand that there is a delay in Shanghai. What I don’t understand is that after 3 date revisions I haven’t received a single notification, call or acknowledgement for by $9000 purchase to be delayed. They simply say it’s due to an issue in their IT system. If you are looking to plush for a good quality sofa, go for jt. Just don’t expect it to arrive
Plush is a scam. They will never send you the sofa. Will just keep leading you on. 0 starts if I could.
Had an awesome experience ordering our brown leather Heston lounge suite through Tracey! She was so patient and informative. It was often quite busy though, so may need to have more staff on. Can't wait our lounge to arrive! Thanks Tracey!
