The reception are really nice and smiley. They talk in a nice way even in busy days. I did an MRI there and the specialists were also nice and practical and took me through the whole process just to make sure that I do not panic inside the MRI machine. Every thing went smoothly there. The only problem is the parking area! It took me half an hour to find a parking spot.
Called to reschedule an appointment and the lady was just so rude and passive aggressive. Don’t know how they even get hired when they don’t know basic manners.
After getting my xray, noting that I was unwell and not able to stand for long, returned to front desk to pay, to be told by the front desk staff that I had to go to the end of the queue to wait to pay. Your process needs to he reviewed as it is redundant and inefficient.
The 2 nurses who did my CT scan were lovely and explained everything really well
Thank you for loving support.The receptionist was very friendly and well caring.
The worst customer service ever!
Think twice before you make the decision to come here for breast ultrasound.
