The plant arrived when it was supposed to, & was packaged beautifully. Ornella even sent me a photo so I could see the final product, which was much appreciated. I also ordered a handmade card, & the one sent was perfectly appropriate for the occasion.nIt is so important that a florist be thoughtful with their work, & this is clearly the case here. The prices are also very affordable, especially for a quality florist. I highly recommend them!

I've ordered flowers multiple times from Momento and they are always fantastic. Pick up and delivery has gone smooth. Tremendous service from Ornella and team. They are the only place I go to for flowers in Gippsland.

Can’t rate this florist high enough! I called from interstate first thing in the morning for some flowers with same day delivery and Ornella was exceptionally lovely and created an arrangement much better than requested. From phone call to delivery was all done within a couple of hours. Definitely a 5 star service. Thank you, very happy!
