Excellent patient experience with Marianne at MoleMap Brisbane Central in February 2023, across many customer experience CX metrics. Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not into 'over-servicing'. Realised I needed to attend a better skin check service MoleMap after a disappointing recent $90 experience elsewhere at a specialist skin centre - the doctor yes, doctor, when I queried why he had not examined my scalp, said that 'hairdressers usually do that'. What a muppet! As it happens, I cut my own hair. During a whole-body check Marianne found one mole of possible concern - which most likely had been missed by Dr Muppet. Photographs of the concerning mole were later assessed by a Dermatologist a professor by the way who concluded that it needed to be monitored regularly. MoleMap have an excellent and secure online portal where you can view results, past photos and more. Travel time was about an hour each way, but so worth it. In future I will only come here for skin checks and will be telling my excellent GP about MoleMap's services.
Can not rate this service higher. Marianne was fantastic, very thorough with my skin check and very knowledge and she took the time to inform me about sun safety/things I need to be doing for my skin. Definitely recommend this clinic!
Had a thorough skin check with the lovely nurse, Marianne. Left very informed and with the knowledge of how to stay on top of skin health, self check and sun protection. Very quick and easy process, comfortable at all times. Would definitely recommend this clinic, thank you Marianne!
My whole appointment I was made to feel at ease with the usually daunting task at hand. I was fortunate to have 2 highly professional and absolutely lovely nurses doing my scan. Having 2 nurses doing the scan is essential as it allows one to be looking on the computer at each image and the other doing the photography. This made my usually multiple hours long appointment much more efficient.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time I attend for my annual MoleMap and in between check ups. I’m always made to feel at ease and the nurses have always been lovely, friendly and very professional. I continue to attend MoleMap as I trust them and feel so assured with how thorough it is. MoleMap saved my life detecting a melanoma early when I was 26 years old. The mole went from nothing to a melanoma in the space of a year and it was MoleMap in Melbourne who detected the changes. With no family history or crazy sun exposure I’m so grateful to MoleMap and the amazing nurses and dermatologist. I love that the dermatologists are some of the best in the business and most experienced. Since moving to QLD I travel to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast to attend my MoleMap appointments but I think it would be amazing if there was a clinic here on the Sunny Coast. It’s growing in population and i’d certainly refer a lot of people I know ;- If one nurse comes up one day a week or something. Hopefully it’s on way in the not too distant future? Thanks MoleMap
Had an excellent annual scan with nurses Kerry and Nichole. Very much better for the patient and the nurses to have two staff. Teamwork was great, scanning was quicker and a very much safer environment for all concerned.
I have been going here for two years now and every time had great service. The wonderful staff make you feel comfortable, answer questions , give advice and generally go over and above with their service . Even thought I also see a regular dermatologist , who recommended this service as an extra protection I actually feel like mole map gives me a more thorough check . Also the fact that if I’m concerned or see changes during the year I can return for a follow up check without added cost Highly recommend mope map.

Web direct suggests it's bulk billed per free skin checks, only just moved back to Brisbane and how disappointing to see how many subsidised and bulk billed skim check doctors are there verse here
