Was good at first then got ripped off paid foe services I never got before that started getting rushed would never recommend this place rip me off and my daughter owed over a thousand dollars stay clear

I have had nothing but great experiences with Moka.I purchased a living social deal for a range of different treatments. The ladies are absolutely lovely and the shop is clean and stylishly furnished. Very happy with the service :)

I walked out in floods of tears after being in the property only 1 minute. I was so excited to be 'treating myself' after the loss of my daughter, but was verbally abused for not bringing a copy of my voucher. I tried to explain that my printer had broken that morning so i had taken a photo on my phone and was hoping they could help me print one on arrival, but apparently they assumed i was trying to scam them and I tell you, I have never been spoken to like that by anybody. Rude. Rude. Rude.

STOP DANGER this place is evil. The lady smelt like cigarettes, was rude and burned my bikini line. My husband is appalled and so are my friends.

Not remcommended. Very poor service. I bought 6 IPL and microdermabrasions through Cudo. I felt very second rate and that I was a burden to them. I have never received such disgusting customer service. The owner was downright rude. I tried ringing for about 4 days to change an appointment but could not get through on the phone. I then had to lose one of my visits. When I explained I could not get through on the phone, the owner snapped that I should have left a message. I explained that their recorded messaged did not give me the option to leave a message. On my second microdermabrasion I was left with red scratches over my face and I found the experience agonising. I said that it hurt as she was doing it. I found that every interaction with these people left me feeling abused. It felt that they absolutely hated having me there. On one of my visits the table was all wet from the previous customer so when I layed down I had all wet goo all over me. Disgusting. The place was very dirty and I noticed they never seem to sweep the floor or vacuum. I do not know how they survive as a business as customer service is vital to success. Lastly, the IPl did not work at all. I am now going to a nicer salon and paying full price !! I am sure the service will be 100% better
