We had a very informative discussion with Brooke who was able to answer all of our questions and provide detailed knowledge of the company, processes and product. Wonderful service from Brooke at Modscape. She was helpful, responsive , prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Even though I did not proceed with a build I would not hesitate to recommend this family company. They are really kicking goals!

Modscape made the process so easy and nothing was too difficult for Jan and his team.  So calm even when the unexpected happened, we couldn't be happier with the result.  If you just can't wait for 12-18 months for your new home Modscape is the answer!  Seven years on and we are still so happy we made the decision to go with Jan and the Modscape team.

Absolutely sublime services, I wouldn't go anywhere else. the staff were extremely friendly and i am satisfied with my home, which i struggled to pick from the huge list of alluring designs although some may have been a little obscure. Thanks to Rob and Kumar for the cheeky 50% discount it was very kind of you.nOne problem though, it kinda burnt down the other night but i was happy while it lasted :

I have been to Modspace before but sometime ago. They have always been eager to assist and proud of the product they produce and so they should. I am looking forward to reintroducing myself to the crew and hope we have a swift successful relationship.
