Far out - I am blown away by the quality of teachers here. The ambiance, the friendly staff, the whole experience.nThe vinyasas are intelligently sequenced, the Yin classes are just so dreamy, and the Mellow is perfect for a day when you want a bit of both. Highly recommend!!
I am so grateful to MM. I've been a student for only 6 weeks and it has been transformative. They are the most authentic and organised yoga studio I've ever been too. Welcoming, warm, profound teachings with highly qualified teachers. Great that you choose from strong classes to mellow and yin, and 2 studios. Mel, Shauna, and so many other great teachers. The energy is so nice, the classes and the people :
This is one of my all time favourite yoga studios. Some great yoga teachers work here. Look out for Morgan's classes in particular, they're not to be missed if you're interested in yogic philosophy, ayurveda and the sharing of wisdom. It is always an education that goes way beyond asana.nnFrom the moment you enter the reception area it feels calm and serene. The studio space is loft style and feels modern, welcoming, intimate and tranquil.
