I attended Modern Culture today and left incredibly disappointed, though I haven’t laughed that much in a while. The owner didn’t seem to have any formal qualifications. She coated my hair in argan oil and then told me my hair was dry and that I needed to keep using the oil.nnI actually arrived with already oily hair, hoping to leave with a light, bouncy blow-dry. Instead, I walked out looking like I’d been dipped in oil.nnOverall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I feel I should be compensated for the time I spent there.
