Always a pleasure to shop here. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Not enough heli stuff though. Such is the way that aspect of RC has gone. Won't stop me visiting for a chat, a purchase or to look. Well done to Brad and staff.

Great selection, very friendly and always happy to help with their great knowledge. Really love going there, because I know I'm looked after. Absolutely fantastic after sales service. Went there today with a setup problem after flashing my drone which I bought two years ago and they were very happy to hook it up to their computer and setting everything up again.

Placed an order 9am Monday, checked out with "Express Shipping". Emailed Wednesday night for a tracking number, and asked again again on Thursday night. Now Friday night, no item, no responses so far. If its not in stock then just a simple email with an update would be great. Terrible customer service on every level so far and still waiting...

Great shop if you like anything remote controlled that flies such as helicopters, planes and drones/quadcopters. The staff are great at giving advice on what best suits your needs. They also do repairs and servicing which is reassuring if you damage your favorite rc flying.
