I used to always use this place but I won’t go back again. I have NEVER been to a business that charges you for issues caused by their repair. Went in for a new battery in an iPad. Was told if they cracked the screen while changing it I would be charged $69 for a new screen. She took extra special care not to crack the screen obviously not something they usually do. When we got home I noticed that the screen wasn’t working in 1 spot. She explained about the contacts and by taking the screen off, it has caused this issue.  I took it back and she wanted to charge me $99. I had to haggle back down to the $69. I don’t think I should have been paying anything for an issue that they caused. I won’t go back again!!!  This was not 4 days later. I notified you on the day we got it back there was a dead spot!

This is honestly the best place ever for phone repairs. I’ve been going there for years and the service and ability is wonderful. The people are sincere and their prices are fair and honest. I highly recommend them.

Got our iPad screen repaired here. Very happy with the service. Cost was much cheaper than another quote we had had and was ready within 2-3 hours.

Been there heaps of times. Very friendly & good services there. And you don't need to wait up to more the few days before you get any of your devices returns & its cheaper there for the services etc. Other places like Telstra or Optus & other places you'll be waiting up to more then a week or couple weeks longer before any devices are return & cost more to repair as well if you go there.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at MPS Mobile Phone Solutions. Sheleesa went above and beyond to help a confessed technophobic. She was extremely kind and patient and resolved my problem. I would recommend MPS to anyone requiring help with their Mobile.

I've had a number of phones and a Microsoft surface repaired at MPS, both privately and through insurance claims, and they have always been super helpful. Their service is quick and easy, they provide the fault report for insurance and I've found their prices to be cheaper than most in the area. This is why I continually return to them for repairs. Highly recommend MPS Strathpine.
