Clarette is very talented and did an absolutely great job with my wedding day hair and make-up. It rained that day and both hair and make-up lasted perfectly right till the end. Wanted a natural glow when it came to my make-up. Clarette was so patient during the trials, made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and truly did a great job achieving my dream look. Clarette did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was communicative, professional, and absolutely lovely to work with. I have very little experience with makeup and didn't really know what I wanted, but Clarette was really helpful in showing me different styles and giving advice on what worked best. This has been the second time I have used Clarette as a wedding guest. She created the most show stopping pony tail with the hair extensions I provided. There was a slight shade difference so she altered the positioning of the extensions so it looked natural! The makeup stayed put all day, it was still my “own face” but incredibly glamorous at the same time. I appreciate the artistry skill, because she had shade matching of the foundation executed beautifully, it looked like my own skin. The brown/beige hues in the eyeshadow matched my dress that it elevated the entire ensemble. I am deeply grateful for Clarette’s professionalism, skill and bedside manner. I was a bundle of nerves that morning and she kept me level headed throughout the entire process. Clarette and Natalie did an amazing job for my wedding in February, where they did hair and makeup for myself and my three bridesmaids, and makeup for my mum. They were very organised and made us feel at ease, and they created beautiful soft looks for my bridal party which suited each person. My mum never wears makeup and she was feeling apprehensive beforehand, but I could tell she was really surprised and happy with how well it turned out! Clarette worked with me a lot beforehand to create a look I was really happy with. We had 2 trials and she was very patient and accommodating with making changes. I was stoked with the final look on the day and wouldn't have changed a thing.
