Had been traveling a few hours and called in to top up quickly before continuing on our way. We i thought responsibly used the rubbish bins next to the gas pump to get rid of wrappers etc we had accumulated during our journey. I went inside to pay and was greeted with 'we pay to have that removed' followed by 'its for our paying customers'.nWas I not a paying customer? Maybe we should have just thrown our rubbish out the window like many do?nZero stars for service and will definitely be using BP next time. Maybe some customer service training is needed..
The customer service is disgusting here. No smiles, no hello, and did not complete the service I needed correctly. Instead I was just shoved out the door.nYou walk in the door and you feel like you're being a nuisance and are unwanted there.nThis has happened every time I go into the store.nnIf I could give 0 stars I would.
Cheerful night staff! Clean toilets and they got food and fuel..what more do you want?
After spending on average of $500-$600 a week for the past 4mths fueling my work vehicles, I was totally annoyed to have a staff member, who has served me many time before, refuse to turn on pump for me! Well there are 2 other places I will now be going for fuel! If you want to be rude then you don't get my hard earned money. Totally disgusting service
Same as previous comment. 11:42am went to fill up my Ute and pay cash. Told I couldn't do that, gave the attendant $200 to hold while I fill my Ute up as security. She made a song and dance about it and refused to help, absolutely rude and unfriendly. I said don't worry about it and she threw my money back at me and said goodbye.
