After spending on average of $500-$600 a week for the past 4mths fueling my work vehicles, I was totally annoyed to have a staff member, who has served me many time before, refuse to turn on pump for me! Well there are 2 other places I will now be going for fuel! If you want to be rude then you don't get my hard earned money. Totally disgusting service

Service with a smile... all I got was an angry woman yelling at me when i was heading to the toilet.
Same as previous comment. 11:42am went to fill up my Ute and pay cash. Told I couldn't do that, gave the attendant $200 to hold while I fill my Ute up as security. She made a song and dance about it and refused to help, absolutely rude and unfriendly. I said don't worry about it and she threw my money back at me and said goodbye.
I have to commend the two lovely ladies working today in the Dannevirke Mobil who did not hesitate to help us in our time of need. Also thank you to one of the ladies Dad's, who came out and gave perfect strangers a jump start. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you
