I went to Mobil Krd on this Saturday morning, I bought coffee, the staff who’s working there all very professional and provided excellent customer service. Nice and excellent experience today
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Mobil gas station for over 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.nThe staff member Terrance at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. He also seemed to have difficulty understanding English, which made the situation worse.nI even recorded a video of his behaviour and will be submitting it to Mobil’s head office.nAfter so many years of coming here regularly, I’ve decided I will no longer visit this station. Very poor customer service.
I bought a coffee from today, unfortunately, it didn’t taste good. It was quite bitter and didn’t feel fresh. I hope they can improve the coffee quality or check their machine settings.
I bought a cappuccino at Mobil today around 10:45 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty fair-looking Indian guy seemed uninterested in making a proper cappuccino, and his attitude gave the impression that serving me was a burden, almost as if he were giving away a free coffee rather than providing customer service. The coffee itself was poorly made, and the overall experience left me dissatisfied.
The gas station sits proudly on the corner of K Road and Ponsonby Road. I have visited this gas station many times, both during nights out in the town and while fueling up for work.
