I hate giving these reviews.. but the tan tan ramen was not good at all. There was a thick film of oil on the top, hardly any pork or spinach and the egg was really hard boiled/ not soft. The service was friendly and efficient, it’s such a shame that the ramen missed the mark. I wont be back, sorry

Start with an Echigo lager...one of my faves before diving into sake. For food: I dine in for their mushroom spaghetti when I'm voracious. To warm me up during cold temps the Wagyu suji nikomi will do just that.
