Mix-It-Up Fitness offers a variety of training programs. From the standard fitness programs for a new starter, through to more advance training programs for those who want to push themselves to a higher level. Mix-It-Up Fitness is a client based program which will tailor make/ design a course appropriate for each students needs, incorporating Cardio fitness, Strength & Conditioning. It also uses the exercises of Boxing, Kick Boxing and MMA without having to step into the ring. An option for time poor people is the Turbo class which is a 30 minute (session) in the above programs. Taking a holistic approach Nutrition counselling can also be provided. Through Mix-It-Up Fitness various programs, the interest level of the client will always remain high and boredom will never be a factor. Group classes are offered during the week as well as personal training.
