staff are excellent The owner however is a complete Ass, me and my brother went in to buy oil for my car, my brother was unfortunately caught up in some trouble with his dad in the te Kuiti store. long story short he asked us to leave which is fine and has every right to... my brother left n i stayed behind to ask him what the reason was he was kicking me out specifically, he said on suspicion of theft, i said im just in here buying oil n that i have been a loyal customer since being in taumarunui for a year n have never stolen in my life and he goes what about the stolen stuff you sell on facebook to which i replied i don't sell any stolen stuff and have receipts for everything n how would you know anyway because you haven't asked for my name so you don't even know who i am, i then asked him if he had any proof of me stealing and he said if you don't get out ill drag you out n then he pushed me, enough for me to slightly loose my balance he then said to me to leave before he calls police and have me arrested for theft, i ended up just leaving because i did't want to deal with any more drama, he didn't follow me to the door so my guess is he was going to the back room to delete CCTV footage because he new i would take it to police. would also like to point out that i am a licensed Security guard n if i was a thief would not be able to get my security licence.

Great treatment of your local customers? Just read this post on fb... “I have just been bullied and intimidated by two staff members /men in Mitre 10 Taumarunui. I feel shocked upset and intimidated. These men had me in a office and I could not have got out without physically pushing past them. They laughed at me and they treated me like I was stupid. They left me feeling frighted and vunerable. I had to yell at them. I am a small woman who went there for service and left frightened and sick in the stomach because of their behaviour...” [abridged] I should think you need to explain your side of an argument better to upset customers or hire staff that understand the concept of client relationships. Anyway can’t dwell here, have some franchise emails addresses to find.
