Rude as lady in the Garden department today. A guy water blasting a dirty as floor in the middle of the day with a loud petrol water blaster and the Columbus coffee closed. Some much needed change in management direction here, and some staff attitude improvement. If my staff had ever spoken to a customer like that they would be out the door.
Staff helpful, more expensive than bunnings but store larger and better laid out. They didn't have stock of a basic plumbing item we wanted.
we took our four year old grandson to the Christmas fun day and we had a ball. The staff were kind and patient, the young men running the basketball game were really good him. My husband had fun doing the find a clue game. There was biscuit decorating, a santa, we have a sunflower in a pot, numerous give aways and a staff that could not do enough to make our little boy happy. Thankyou Mitre10 staff, merry christmas and a happy new year

Mitre 10 customer service in waipapa and product selection is great.If theres something toure looking for for d.i.y this is the place to go.I recommend shopping there.Always someone on hand to help you if you need advice on different products from bathrooms to plants and small reno jobs.10 out of 10.

They had exactly what I needed and a lovely checkout staffer called Glenda.
Big, well stocked & tidy with everything you expect stocked there. Garden centre attached.
Returned a ride on mower for warranty repair, and the lovely lady on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She followed up my emails with a phone call and went out of her way to organize the repair with the agent. The paperwork was all done ready for me to collect prior to dropping the mower in. Her help just made the entire experience so much easier and stress-free for me. Could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you so much. You have made my day with your wonderful, friendly help and great sense of humour.
