Great. Love the books there. but when you’re trying to study, all you can hear is screaming children most of the time. And there should be more tables to sit down for the people to study
Too noisy. Child play area is next to study area, it's not the best place to read or study.
A great library for all ages! Nice decorations for young children to read, play, study in one section as well as computers and study tables for the older section. It's a clean place, wheelchair entrance, tutor rooms and last I checked before pandemic it had a bathroom!
They have a study area right next to the kids section because they want you to pay to use the quiet study areas.
Visited the library today. Met a gentleman called Curtis, very helpful and polite. This man is so good at his job and kept his calm, even when he was assisting someone and another person was trying to distract him and trying to pull him away from helping the person to help her. Great experience, lovely building.
Staff are super helpful I am stuck in a dilema, where the books I borrowed for my children are in storage and I cannot get them. Staff were very helpful and understanding and were able to renew the books for me. Until I am able to gain access to my storage unit. Thank you very much
I have been waiting for my refund since December 2020. Sent them loads of emails, spoke to them many times but all in vain. Every time they tell me different story with the new date and new procedure. I am so disappointed and in anxiety because of their poor system, they put all the burden on suppliers and airlines but actually they are doing business and making profit of interest to keep all customers money into bank accounts. And there is no guarantee that money will be refunded or not so it’s a big risk. In this pandemic everyone needs money and world is facing financial difficulties but Dream World Travel is not bothered and so busy to make money and earning interest. They have promised me to give my refund in June 2021 but my believe and trust is almost broken and if I take them to small court I am not sure if the company exists or they are doing only online business and playing with innocent and loyal customers .
Smelly people and noisy kids can really affect the ability to concentrate. However that said, the library is warm, it has wifi and shops closeby for food & drink. It's located close to mitcham town centre, with greggs a ten minute walk away.
Lovely building. Clean library with a good selection of computers and books.
