I ordered over the phone aluminum name plates, they forgot to order them but apologized and the order went ahead. I collected them this morning from the kiosk at Winston Hills only to find them to be white plastic with black letters. They look okay but for the $96.00 I expected the requested (via a phone call) the shiny metal type. I am less than pleased but needed these for a display. I voiced my displeasure and suggested to Sam at the kiosk that he tell the owner to learn the difference between plastic and shiny metal or aluminium in no uncertain terms. Sam wished me a good day, perhaps a little sarcasticly. I then had a call from the owner who was full of excuses, again I voiced my anger and frustration with an expletive and hung up. Below is a text message I received from the owner. I hope u have a wonderful day, u deserve that! U said nothing of the sort in your email and you wouldn't be able to see the wording on aluminum but what u dish out u receive. Cursing me out and hanging up on me let's me know your a very unhappy person. Shame I am not an unhappy person until some halfwit denies responsibility and then defends the indefensible with rubbish. Good luck dealing with this lot, go somewhere else if you can.
