Great restaurant. Excellent burgers and chips. Way better than Grilled. I asked if I could have my burger medium rare but I was too late and the staff offered to make me a new one. Great service, will eat hear again. The meat is really good, better than grilled, it's more tender. The bun is really good too, it's a sour dough bun and it's not too soft, not too hard but just right. The chips are top notch and they have chicken salt on them. Dessert was good too, they have chocolate mousse which is delicious! 5 out of 5 stars, will eat hear again!
We ordered ribs for 2, and missy moo burger for dine in. We were the first customers there for about 10 minutes. Then a lot of people came. Our order came 40minutes later...and it was only the ribs. The ribs were dry, and overly sweet. Overall didn't enjoy my meal because of the wait and flavour. We asked about the burger when we finished and it was in the corner in a bag....they forgot about it. But served everyone else their meals promptly. Very dissatisfied, will not be returning sorry! On a good note, the staff were friendly.
We tried this restaurant as we have moved to the area recently and wanted to try an independent alternative to Grill'd... unfortunately this move did not end up being a happy one. Service was prompt enough, though a 20 minute wait is acceptable for our Takeaway I may not have been too pleased if we were dining in. My mother-in-law was first to comment on the lacking quality of the beef patties. The menu states "lean premium WA Beef", but instead of the taste this implies we got a taste more akin to a beef sausage or a supermarket burger patty. The buns also seemed very "supermarket quality". Honestly, the burgers were enjoyable, just not suited to the price bracket they are positioned in. 3 of our burgers were $15 each; we were left thinking $10 each felt more suitable at max. We won't be back. The problems were not "on the night" problems, so not worth trying again.
Waited over an hour for a burger on Friday night and the burger place was not even busy. They had 2 staff on, and both were useless. There were 4 of us on a table and we all received our burgers at different times, and my chips came 10mins after I received my burger. The buns were dry, the chips were not homemade, the beef paddy was bland, and my burger was supposed to have beetroot and it didn't. There was no warning about the pumpkin burger being as spicy as it was... When I walked in to ask for a knife, 2 people were getting a refund and another was complaining on the wait.... Wouldn't waste my money here again.... On the other hand, the place across the road looked nice!
Had lunch there on a Monday in December and the shopping centre was relatively quiet. The restaurant had no one in it so my wife and I decided to try it out. $35 for 2 burgers and a 20 minute wait is not acceptable. The burgers where substandard and pretty much how I make them at home. You get better tasting, better value for money burgers from HJs.
Nice and big ribs. Even we waited for 20 mind. It's really delicious.
Used to be really good! Just came back after a few months away and the burgers were average...the beef patty was not homemade and I think was bought at Coles. The chips were cold and it was a letdown! $41 for 2 burgers, chips and drinks is a ripoff for what you get. Head to Flipside instead for a better burger!
Had to wait five minutes to order. Not busy but told 30 min wait. Two of three burger arrived, one uncooked. Third burger arrived ten mins later. Food was nice when arrived but service appalling. Never got the replacement burger for the undercooked one.
Extremely disappointing. Eat at own risk. Our cooked food sat waiting for close to an hour. When I called to follow up regarding our food, I was told they were having problems with their third party delivery service. An hour and a half later, our cold inedible food was delivered. I understand the delivery service was out of their control, but knowingly and willingly providing a costumer with food that does not meet mandated health regulations is most concerning. It is my belief that this is a place to avoid.
We ordered from here using Uber eats. Thought it would be a good choice as only 5 minutes from home so assumed it would arrive hot. The Uber eats was delivered by bycicle... Barely warm and the burgers were the worst we have had. The patty was tuff and tasteless. Ingredients were missing. We would not recommend to anyone.
