The new way they have sorted out the clothing is absolutely terrible, whoever proposed the idea does not know a thing about retail. You cannot put all clothes of a colour grouping together and expect people to be able to find things to buy. All I wanted was to buy a jacket but had to sort through random pieces of clothing and ended up finding nothing anyway.nnThis is not how stores should be run, you should expect a lot less business if this persists. No store in their right mind would group pants, skirts, tops, shirts, knitwear all together on the same rack just because they’re all green.nnAs a massive thrifter, I entered the store hoping to purchase bags of clothing but ended up leaving with one top and two bangles.nnYou can sort by colour if you must, but sort by colour within clothing sections: skirts, pants, t-shirts, knitwear, blouses etc.
Loads of stuff. Well organised. Needs a bit more soul? Maybe a quirky section or a section that has the top items, some with history of the item!
Bought a 100 dollar wardrobe. Fine in shop. Bits broke off when delivered. Had to thoroughly clean the top, I couldn't see the top in store or I wouldn't have bought it. It was coated in mold and dust!! Disgusting. They would not take it back or refund part of it. Other two shelves were $80/each full of dust and cobwebs and more marks when it got delivered, you couldnt see as it was wedged against other furniture and hard to move myself, good sales tactic to trick people. Funny how we donate it must be clean, different rule when you buy. Rip off. Be careful! Not coming back ever again.nnAt another time I found target jeans, $20 bucks and no tags, target had same pair in store new for $15. Be careful.
I have found this particular op shop a good source for used furniture.
Great shopnHuge range, but the prices on the clothes are absolutely ridiculous, I can't believe how much second hand clothes have increased, it's a real shame
