I had been going to Miss for many years. I think covid has impacted their staff. Honestly for the price - not a great mani pedi. Yes it’s clean lovely accessible. There was definitely a language barrier. The polish is old and it took two tries to find one for nails and toes that wasn’t too thick or streaky. They thinned it out but it was worse. Less than a week later my nails are all chips and polish is literally peeling off my nails. It lifted the next day. I’m sorry this isn’t what it used to be. It also isn’t comfortable having your nails done while having a pedicure. They also don’t really cut the cuticle despite me asking and toe nail corners were ignored even though I asked twice. Not worth going back. I took care of the callouses on my heels when I got home.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

What I really like other than the friendliness and overall consistent hygiene practise, is the response by manager/owner Re any reviews where service did not live up to expectations such as nail shellac peeling off. The salon immediately responded with a credit voucher option which says they genuinely care about your experience an their quality of service. Not all businesses do this so if you had an issue follow up their offer to rectify don’t write them off, we all have bad days.

I had my nails done today and loved the treatment and the perfectionism making sure the nails were perfect! Katy you were great, thank you!! I had a IBX Boot mani to protect and strengthen my nails first time doing this and afterwards a Gel mani Shellac. This makes that the nail is not debilitated after removing the gel. Let’s see how they look after removing the gel!  Thanks, will definitely come back.

The best nail salon! I used to come here every second weeks for years until I moved away. Came back today since I'm on a trip to Melbourne and am happy that they didn't change their standards. They sanitise all the equipment, and they are so meticulous with the nails. I will be back when I'm next in town!

I first visited this place nearly two years ago and was so happy to finally get a PROPER pedicure close by to the cbd. I have just visited this place again today and I can happily confirm the great service and perfectionist standard they set for themselves remains consistent.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I was used to go there regularly and I have been always happy. Today it wasn’t up to their standards. I had a gel mani and a deluxe pedi. The polish in both is not great especially on my toes. It is not worth the money anymore and it’s a pity because it is very clean.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Kept walking by, debating, I don't usually get my nails done it's been over 3 years. But I'm glad I decided to get them done! The staff was super friendly, and just an overall great vibe! My girl, I forgot to catch her name, she had shortish purple hair, was amazing!! Patiently helped me choose my colors and sparkles!! I went with a color changing polish and 2 different sparkles, silver and gold! Super happy with my results!!

What an amazing salon! Was so incredibly clean! Was unrushed and very relaxing. The staff were hygienic and ensured the spaces were cleaned after each use. Even when they weren’t busy, the girls used their time well and weren’t on their phones like in other salons. Very professional. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Melbourne

So good! I almost never get my nails done because the experience hasn't been great, but I went here by chance I had a wedding the same day and needed them done so dropped in, and was pleasantly surprised. If I lived in the area I would definitely be getting my nails done here every month! Next time I'm in town I'll be back. Thanks for the wonderful quality and service :Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Got a shellac mani last Wednesday and it started peeling by Friday. While the girl doing my nails was really nice, the quality is incredibly bad. Now I have to get it removed because it looks so bad! Really disappointing.
