Food was decent, paid almost $100 just for 2 people to have breakfast and a coffee. Service was decent could have been better. At the end when asking for a take away cup had to pay an extra 50c just to get a cup. Overall pretty average
Had brunch here and the food was alright - the bacon pancakes were decent but I would have preferred it if the bottom layer of pancakes weren’t soaked in maple syrup because it was way too sweet! Thankfully the top pancake wasn’t as covered in syrup so it was more enjoyable. We also tried the breakfast burger which was a generous portionnnService was quick we were the only ones dining there and we sat outdoors because weather was good but the indoor area felt abit grimy
Rude staff member at the front reception disrespectful and publicly disgracing external stake holders by making unwanted comments even after mistake being admitted. Business must train their staff appropriately or get trained to address issues, especially most of the catering business rely on food delivery partners and courier services these days. We all do mistakes we admit and we fix them. Food must be properly packed in containers before handing over to the couriers and couriers have the responsibility that the food go in thermal bags during transportation. Poorly packed food items will cause spillage and unpleasant atmosphere both the courier driver and customer. I have no issues with this cafe neither bought food for my self but the front reception staff member's attitude must rectify properly making sure these mishaps will not happen again. Thanks
Love coming here with my family . Really good sized meals for 4 hungry teens & husband. Check out the photo of their drinks! Banana, strawberry, chocolate & coffee. The food is hot & fresh. I rate 4 stars for food & service, but 4 stars for atmosphere only because acoustically it's not great for sensitive ears, but there are different seating available which is fantastic- indoor chairs/tables, indoor sofas/tables, & outdoor table/chairs, overlooking the lake . A busy place, but the staff do their very best to be organised & efficient . Thanks again staff, for your service
Had breakfast here as i had been a long time ago and it was great and thought we would go again with my daughter and granddaughter. I wont go again as there are plenty more with better food and service to go to in ellenbrook! Since when did paying extra $ for scrambled eggs become a thing? I have never seen that anywhere! I ended up getting sunnyside up with the request for the whites be cooked, whites were not cooked at all on one of them. I had to follow up on where my latte was and they laughed about forgetting. Pancakes had heaps of sugar in them, way too much to me but of course, my granddaughter didn't mind. I feel if you also have very long hair it should be tied back, especially dealing with food. Won't be back.
