Great vibe at Miss Margarita's! Food was perfect, and they have a great selection of cocktails. The place is also styled really well, with an eclectic mexican theme going on.
The food was amazing enough to feed two very hungry girls who were craving for real food. reasonable price, great vibe.

Absolutely beautiful authentic tacos. So delish. The snapper is to die for. Service was outstanding. Very busy on Thursday night but the two table staff were so efficient and the bar staff kept doing there thing shake shake shaking. Well done to all!!
Stopped at this restaurant at 2.45pm looking for lunch. Even though they finished serving lunch at 3pm they were still happy to seat us and take our orders. The food was delicious, atmosphere great, staff really friendly and an extensive drinks menu. Would definitely eat here again.
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The series of unfortunate events I am about to tell you all unfolded at a place that should have been lots of fun with great food and service but it was far from that. Let’s start the night by shoving 14 people onto a table that should only really fit 8-10 people maximumand we did book for 14 Tell us we can have the bigger table but have to be out by 7 it is now 6pm. When ordering new drinks they brought them out to us but did not remove the old ones and then complained when we ask for them to be removed! Roughly 70% of my table was covered in glasses... Our food was good not the best Mexican food I’ve had, and they got some of the orders wrong that’s the only good thing this place is getting from me then when we request the birthday cake to be brought out at 7.30pm they did so, but they still hadn’t bothered to clear any of our dinner plates and didn’t even attempt prepare the cake e.g. put candles on and light them. They just shoved it in the middle of all the mess with the candles and lighters on top..... since when do restaurants not put the candles on the cake especially considering how much money we were spending there?... when questioned by one of our family members the staff member working insisted on fighting and arguing with us instead of being polite and apologising her response was “We’re to busy to be doing that for you?” Umm what!! Well how about you put more staff members on if you know you are completely booked out for the night? Then this same staff member has decided to return and continue another argument! in the time she wasted arguing she could have prepared the cake.. so to busy to do that but have time to fight with a customer? Honestly you should be fired! Upon leaving the staff stood there visible “bitching about us” when confronted you had nothing to say because you had been caught out. Did we argue back. Yes!! We did not deserve to be treated the way we were. What an absolute disgrace of a place! Will never return here and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go here!
We booked a table for 13 Kiwis in this gorgeous little restaurant for my 40th birthday.... and we couldn't have gone wrong! It was absolutely perfect!!! The staff were amazing... they ensured the kids meals came out first after the adult cocktails of course! and never fluttered an eye lid as the children comatosed on the bench seats from too much theme park fun and tacos. The kids menu is fabulous as is the adults... we all went home happy and full. Whakawhetai Koe Thank you from that annoying bunch in May 2nd.
What a cool place this is!! Great service, the girls are lovely and attentive! The food is SO fresh and tasty! Cocktails delish! Love the atmosphere - will definitely be back again!!! Finally a place that does good Mexican food!’
I loved it! The best Margarita I’ve had in a long time. We all had a wonderful tasty meal! My boys loved their burritos . Great atmosphere and staff.
The staff are friendly and the service was good. Food came out pretty quick and it was delicious, the drinks were good, and nearly everything on the menu is gluten free! Nice location close to the beach.
