Fantastic local GP clinic. Dr Turner and her staff are always friendly, from admin to nurses and doctors.  I am picky regarding GPs, and I cannot fault Dr Turner, she is extremely thorough and I love her no nonsense attitude and commitment to improving health of her patients.  Dr Turner listens, not just write a script and push you out the door in under 2 minutes. Lovely new clean clinic.  Pioneer Valley residents are spoiled to have such a fantastic GP clinic in our locality

I'm a recent liver transplant patient with many complications. I just spent 3 months in hospital and over the last 3 years have spent around 2 of them in hospital. I get to come home once every six months for days off from the Princess Alexandra hospital in Brisbane.  Mirani Medical is my GP when i am home in Mackay. I rely on them for if i get sick when i'm home.  I went in today and was pretty much told that they are not my GP anymore because i'm in Brisbane so much, even though i get text messages, asking me to come in.  I had an appointment made for today, which the staff their got the wrong day on, so i traveled 35 minutes each way to be told rudely that my appointment was on the wrong day and to go away and come back tomorrow .  I ended up having to go to emergency and now i have to find another GP because apparently i'm in Brisbane too much in hospital.  The receptionist actually said to me that all calls are recorded, to prove that he was correct on when the appointment was made and then i said "yes, i want to hear it played back. He couldn't back up his story and pretty much got caught out in his own lie.  I wouldn't go in to Mirani Medical if you want to be treated right or have a descent doctor that also doesn't know what she's doing.  This was my full time GP.  Myself being in Brisbane for medical reasons does not change that.  I live in Mackay and when i am home from Hospital in Brisbane, these were my full time doctors.  I was kicked to the gutter because i had been down in the Princess Alexandra hospital.  The male nurse sent me a a text message for the wrong day.  They were rude and need to fix their attitudes.

I live in Marian    and my GP is in Marian  and because  I couldn't  get my first  Covid 19 needle there I decided  to ring Mirani  and they said yes and I had my first Covid 19 Injection  there . Excellent  Service  from Staff and Doctors

Very friendly staff and very attentive. The doctor promptly ordered all the medical tests for my injury and was quick to contact me when they received the results. I was also bulk billed due to my circumstances.

I moved to Mirani a year ago and decided to switch from my regular GP to the Mirani GP. I absolutely love the staff and Dr Dina is amazing and lovely.

Excellent medical centre, no matter who you book with. Very thorough & knowledgeable, kind and compassionate - highly recommended.
