Good overall experience. Nice big store, with great selection of products. Found the product I wanted, staff were helpful. One staff member was particularly friendly talking with my young daughter and gave her a pink ribbon to take home.
I've been coming to Minimax for years and the service has always been excellent. Not sure about a particular product? Just ask and chances are one of the staff are using it at home and can tell you all about it. Excellent selection to choose from. No problems parking.
Having a great sale. Great staff
Quite a good shop - it's impressive how much range and variety they manage to cram into a small space! It's quite cramped and hard to navigate, especially when busy. However if you love shopping for home things and gifts they have a bit of everything. Staff are friendly and helpful too
I hate Minimax. I picked up a bowl which was frightfully expensive and one of the staff members started shouting at me to put it down. Appalled at this behavior and haven't been back since. All products are expensive and staff are rude and unhelpful. Do not do to this store.
Customer service is hit and miss, everyone is nice and happy but some just know more than others. Anyway got what I wanted and that's what counts.
