We had the best experience at Mini Funtopia Cranbourne yesterday. We held our daughter's 3rd birthday party and it was such a seamless experience. The Manager was very helpful, and our party host - Tarni - did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and fully supported throughout the entire party. Her level of customer service was outstanding. The food was great too. All of our guests had a great time. We would highly recommend this play centre to hold a party.
On Sunday the 28th of July we celebrated my sons birthday in the messy play studio, Millie was our host and can I just say, she was great. She made you instantly feel comfortable, she helped to set up and she was always communicating what was happening next.nnThe kids had an absolute ball.nThanks again guys!
Came here on Saturday with my two kids. Staff were lovely. 38 degrees day. Very busy. I was amazed by the heat & how many people were in here and how well the aircon was you couldn’t feel it but I didn’t get sweaty sitting in there. We stayed 3 hours my kids lots of fun and enjoyed the arcade games with the tokens. The longest I’ve ever stayed at a playcentre usually 2 hours max. It’s very clean too which you want at a playcentre. Kids enjoyed the icecream & pancakes too. Been here when it was chipmunks too and prefer the newsetup they have now.
Celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday in miniFuntopia Cranbourne yesterday. It was so amazing. The staff are so professional and accommodating, supports their customers all through out since day 1. The play area is well organised, clean and very suitable for young kids. It was a beautiful party and was so pleased to see how delighted everyone is especially my daughter. A big shout to our beautiful party coordinator- Milly Bubbles, she’s a gem, went above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, well looked after and of course to the amazing centre Manager Brett who ensures that you get all the best for your party. We had exceptional service, talented crew and definitely so worth it. Thank you so much guys
Took my 2 year old and he absolutely loved it. The toddler section is great for him to explore on his own while I have a snack and coffee from the cafe. The arcade section always catches his eye. The back larger play section is fun for him with the giant slide. Overall a great morning out for him. Will definitely take him back!
