We are continuing our great food tradition, serving tasty Vietnamese cuisine with secret recipes passing down from our (now retired) parents (Madam Thuy). Awesome southern style Phở, but even better Hủ tiếu. Easily the best I've had outside Saigon. Please ignore all my old reviews claiming this place or that is the best in Sydney. Minh's is unbeatable.

I'm not so familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, but I really enjoyed having dinner here. Salt and pepper tofu, just right, beef in beetle leaf, fantastic, Buddha bowl veggies, as good as stir fried mixed veggies will be. Service was good and unintrusive. The price was excellent for the food and service. I'll go again!
