We had a lovely lunch here on Friday afternoon. It was our first time so we decided to order the weekday lunch special which consisted of Deep Fried Pork with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Black Bean Sauce Noddle and Spicy Seafood Noodle. The fried pork was nice and crispy. The Noddles tasted great but the highlight for me was the Spicy Seafood Noodle - the soup was spicy and so full of flavour. An absolutely heartwarming dish even so on a cold day. We will definitely be back to try some more dishes.
Came in for lunch. Heard rumors that some dishes were great.nnGreat amount of offerings on the menu. Lunch specials also available.nnOrdered the lunch set: yuringi, jjajang+jam pong valued at $40. Portions were decent for the price and a lunch feed.nnYuringi, was full of chopped vegetables, the use of carrots was a first time experience for me. Downside of this dish is that the deep fried chicken was over cooked, tough to eat.nnJjajangmyun, was quite standard. Nothing too special about it, but it wasn’t bad too. I’ve never seen corn kernels used, but here they did. I’m a jjajang mania, and would still recommend it to others.nnJjampong, not a big fan of this dish itself. Nicely wok fried to add the flame flavours, soup is nicely spiced, you don’t taste much MSG or bad flavours.nnOverall a great place to dine and recommend to others. Will be back to try more of their extensive menu range.
We really enjoyed our meal at Mimi, probably had the best black bean noodle I’ve tried in Brisbane. We ordered the sweet and sour pork, black bean noodle and spicy seafood noodle set, which is great value and suitable for 3 people or 2 big eaters. Food came out quickly, the staff were very attentive and gave us scissors when we had trouble cutting noodles. Great customer service. Thanks to the staff at Mimi, we will be back.
A Middle size family friendly Korean Chinese style restaurant south side of Brisbane. I have been MiMi first time on yesterday with my friends was really happy and satisfy food quality, quantity as well as customer service+ price range!! I am former hospitality work as a international hotel kitchen staff, and strongly felt professional management and high quality food service! I am highly recommending somebody who interesting Korean food but sick of BBQ. It is high level of food service in my next door. Same time you can enjoy famous Korean beers and Soju as very reasonable price and package option! We are happy to visit again very soon!
My favourite Korean-Chinese place in Brisbane/GC area. The Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup champpong is amazing and their Sweet & Sour Pork tang soo yook and Cream Prawn is really really yummy too!
