My review is specifically for Dr. Sarah Faigenbaum. I started seeing her after I broke my foot, and she has been incredibly compassionate and thorough throughout my treatment. Her approach ensured that we had all the necessary information, allowing her to create a personalised support plan that focused on effective pain management, achieving a full recovery with little to no long term set backs, and rehabilitation. It’s been a long journey, but having a medical professional I could trust made it considerably less difficult. She is also very personable and easy to talk to, which made the process much more comfortable.nAdditionally, the practice is incredibly stylish and modern, with a thoughtfully designed interior that feels more like a welcoming space than a typical clinic. Receptionist are also very lovely and accommodating. I have seen other doctors at this practice, and they have been quite condescending or dismissive but you can’t click with everyone!
Milton Family Practice set the benchmark from the initial contact at Reception, Bianca is exceptionally efficient, caring and sets the tone within the Practice.nWithout an appointment I was shown respect and seen by Dr Nicholas Kunzer within the hour, so appreciative for his empathy, knowledge and follow up treatment. Thankyou both without this care it would have changed the swift manner in which I was able to get a chronic flareup undercontrol. I would recommend Dr Nicholas Kunzer to anyone seeking exceptional health care and management.nWe also witnessed the overall running of Milton Family Practice over the week which added to my positive experience.
Lovely caring group of doctors. Beautiful surgery. I have seen three different ones there now and they always take time to listen. The receptionist is awesome and goes above and beyond to help with enquiries. I am glad I found this practice for my family as it can be so hard to find a doctor that does not rush you. Recommend
Excellent medical practitioners and staff. Would not go anywhere else. Dr Thompson so caring and knowledgeable - have also seen other doctors there and they can’t do enough for me. Love the reception staff too - very helpful and caring and always aiming to improve.
