Trish Hagan the practice manager is always in a grumpy mood and very rude over the phone. Avoid her as much as you can. (in response to the owner) When I called the company a few months ago, Trish Hagan was the practice manager and also in previous comments it clearly states "Trish Hagan - Practice Manager" as the correspondent that's responding to user reviews. For your comment that states "Trish is not the practice manager and is not employed by Miller Street Medical Practices" is incorrect. Unless, she is a former employee for this company. Also, could you please advise this so called court case in relation to "defamatory" please?, because it's quite offensive towards me to be called to a victim of defamatory when all I did was state my personal review towards how I feel about this company. It goes to show how applauding you must treat anyone.

I have been going to Dr Greer since I first came to Sydney which is now over 15 years. She has always been very thorough and will go to great lengths to find out the problem. I will miss her dearly as a friend and doctor as I have now moved to the Central Coast. If any one now a very good Doctor up there please advise me. Caroline Wedd

I previously saw Dr Allman but unfortunately for all her patients she has retired. My family have since seen Dr Greer and Dr Horniblow, both are good and thorough, I would happily recommend to new patients. The Walker St premises is clean, light and bright with plenty of chairs and books in the waiting area, a nice outdoor area you can sit or walk around while waiting (there is also a cafe downstairs for a coffee/sandwich which is good, as the Dr's are usually running behind time.) I have waited over 40min to see a Dr, despite calling ahead to confirm if they were on time. This happens more often than not, a downside to this surgery. I do acknowledge that this is only because Dr's take all the time that their patients need. Another downside to the surgery's location is parking. Spots can be hard to find and are always paid during business hours. This is no different to when the surgery was at Miller St, however now I have a small child I am more often than not in a car. A real plus to this surgery is that you can book online and access lab results online. Reception staff are usually busy and I am always put on hold when I call. Overall great Dr's and convenient location.

Quite simply, the very best practice my family and I have ever been to and we have been coming here for over four years. Super convenient, online bookings, wonderful doctors (Dr. Harris and Dr. Greer our favourites), excellent office manager plus a refreshed front desk that is always smiling and helpful. Very grateful for this team.

The ladies behind the reception desk are always pleasant and very helpful ... I've never experienced sarcasm in any shape or form and I've been a patient of the same doctors in this team for at least 30 years!!
