Had a wonderful lunch at Millbrook winery and excellent service from Madison. Worth the drive from Perth to the hills. Some excellent wines paired with a lovely and filling meal. Got to head back to Millbrook.
Food was great, staff friendly. Most importantly, the view was amazing. Loved the lake and the backdrop of trees which make for a serene experience. Had the 3 courses with wine pairing. Only 1 hour away from Perth makes it a good day trip.
We had our wedding at Millbrook Winery and it was the most incredible day. Stevi-Lee the wedding coordinator is amazing, she helped us hugely in the lead up and it was great on the day knowing that our vendors could coordinate with her rather than needing to contact us, this meant we could just enjoy our day and didn’t have to worry about a thing! Tanika was fabulous on the night, she helped our MC throughout the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food and wine was all delicious, and the venue is stunning. We’re so pleased we had our wedding at Millbrook!!!
We had our wedding at Millbrook Winery in 2019 and it was just the most spectacular experience from start to finish. Since then I have attended, organised and been a part of so many weddings at other venues and none of them compare. The level of service, quality of food and value for money that this venue offers is above anything else I’ve seen around Perth. I have already reviewed Millbrook winery but after a recent wedding at another winery in Perth I just felt the need to praise this place again. I hope to go back soon for a meal and just absorb the immaculate atmosphere it has to offer. And if you are considering getting married at Millbrook, I can guarantee you won’t regret it.
Awesome, we had lunch on Friday & it would have to be very close to one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. We spent some time on the previous day with Tilly tasting the wines, her knowledge & professionalism were second to none, but the big stand out was her genuinely friendly attitude which made us feel so welcome. We took the three course, plus matching wine option & WOW!! Great service from Chelsea & the team in the restaurant… we will be back
Millbrook winery is set amongst the Serpentine National Park and rolling hills. It has superb views and the manicured lawns with lakes, fountains and streams with beautiful deciduous trees creates a delightful sense of peace and tranquility. The stone faced buildings are grand and interior finishes are of a high standard. The produce from the property includes some excellent wines and cheeses amongst other things. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Staff are delightful. The menu winter is broad enough to cater to most people and the quality of the food and its presentation is outstanding. Highly recommended!
Excellent dining on locally sourced produce. Wines were matched perfectly. Service was excellent from helpful friendly staff. Wonderful ambience. Highly recommend the three course combination with matching wines. The area is wildlife friendly with kangaroos and an echidna observed. Will return in the spring for the flowers.
The wine tasting was amazing. The sommelier was friendly and spot on with her descriptions. The grazing tasters we enjoyed were delicious too. The scenery was stunning!!!
Very beautiful, scenic winery and restaurant. The lady at the cellar door was so friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of information about the wine. Good variety of wines including Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot and Shiraz. We especially loved the Viognier, Shiraz and Cabernet from older vintage. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful too, locally sourced ingredients are precisely cooked. The venue is just upstairs of the cellar door, overlooking the beautiful garden and vineyard. Would recommend to arrive a bit early and drop by the cellar door before lunch.
A lucky last minute booking provided us with the opportunity to have a Sunday lunch for two at the Millbrook Winery. We enjoyed every dish, and every wine that was paired with it. Shared entrees were sizable portions, and tasty - no crumbs left on the plates. The mains were fantastic - lamb saddle was butter-soft and full of flavor. Fish of the day - striped snapper - was juicy and provided an excellent balance of flavors. Deserts were equally enjoyable. Wine pairings like Chenin Blanc and Shiraz Viognier were worth the visit in itself. My wife's Fiano was the original reason to visit the cellar. Wines can be tasted in the tasting room, but can really be enjoyed with the meals in the restaurant. Staff both downstairs and upstairs are professional, very friendly, helpful and well-informed about wines and meals. We found our visit and meals absolutely value for money !
