I am writing to concern my disgust and disappointment with my visit today, regarding the receptionists.nn10:18am on Wednesday 3rd June I am sitting down waiting to see my doctor meanwhile the reception ladies behind me are swearing their hearts out, bragging about how they are checking in clients to see the doctor and adding notes on their file to ‘make her wait as long as possible to be seen’nnI have never ever seen such disrespectful disgusting behaviour it feels like you’re hearing high schoolers gossip.nnYou work at a medical clinic have some respect and if you plan to back talk patients that visit your clinic at least make sure the whole clinic can’t hear it.
Today was the absolute worst experience of my life with my 85yr old grandmother, DR ZOYA SEEHAR is rude and has no compassion for elderly, she got upset I was asking about adverse effects of medications and when I gave her my grandmothers medications bag didn’t bother to even look on it at her medications, didn’t explain if it had any effects, raising her voice and trying to intimidate like she’s the authority when all I wanted was for her to take my grandmother seriously, disregarding her pain and not even looking at her, just short, rude and blunt comments. Disgusting behaviour- As for receptionists, the blonde lady with glasses was lovely and helpful and the lady with the aboriginal design work tip was beyond helpful and so so kind- really appreciate her kindness
I recently visited Dr Janan Nooraee at the medical clinic to obtain a prescription for my mother’s regular medications while she is visiting us in Australia as a private patient without Medicare.nUnfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were charged for a surgical consultation, which is significantly more expensive than a standard appointment, even though the visit was only for a prescription and should have been billed as a standard consultation.nIn addition, there was an error in the prescription that required us to contact the clinic again. A follow-up telehealth appointment was then booked, however the doctor never called. When we followed up with the clinic, we were informed that the doctor had missed the appointment and had already left for the day.nThis was also the second time we had to call the clinic to follow up on a missed telehealth appointment. The clinic’s telehealth booking and follow-up process appears disorganised, and overall we did not find the service to be collaborative or well managed.
NEED TO UPDATE OPENING HOURS. Opening hours say 8am.-6pm, but this week I have tried to call them on weekdays at 5:15pm and 8:13am. Both times the answering machine says the practise is not open. If the business hours have changed to perhaps 9am-5pm PLEASE UPDATE OPENING HOURS.nnOtherwise I have largely enjoyed my experience. It's busy, but the reception staff remain friendly and kind. Some doctors are in more of a rush than others I have felt rushed even when I've booked a long appointment but some others are patient and kind. The diversity of staff helps everyone find the right doctor for them.
Waited 20 minutes on the phone, only to be interrupted mid-sentence and bluntly told “No” when asking about availability. I understand clinics get busy, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional. Very disappointing experience, not how patients should be treated. I won’t be returning.
