Immigration matters in Australia are always more complex than they seem unnecessarily, but they are. In previous occasions I've managed my visa applications myself; but for a complex 186 Direct Entry application it was extremely important to have Julie's expertise. Conversations are always honest, informed, and genuinely focused. It is always hard to not own every detail of your application, particularly if it takes a while to be resolved. However, if a matter is complex, you need expertise. I strongly recommend Julie and her team, and I am grateful she was there to guide me on achieving my permanent residency.

After a mixup in my appointment, Julie, personally followed up on my case without being asked. Her response was prompt and she was kind and professional.
