My partner and I investigated a couple of different migration agencies before settling on Migration Downunder. Most of them only offered email communication, and were not particularly helpful when asked questions about their services. But when we reached out to Julie, she offered to meet with us, and look over our case, and told us all about the options we had. Julie and her team made a very stressful and confusing process so much easier to manage. We are very grateful for their patience in answering our many questions, and for the guidance and feedback they gave us along the way. It is now one year since we asked for their help and my partner has been granted a provisional visa. We definitely recommend Migration Downunder. I have just received a Visa Grant Notification for my 457 visa!! Migration Down Under were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Julie and Louise offered friendly, professional, patient assistance. As a small charitable organisation we were treated ethically and the fees charged were reasonable. We have previously lodged our own applications for visiting Buddhist teachers from Nepal and India and are quite capable of handling all the paperwork ourselves. But, having encountered inexplicable rejections on 4 previous applications which we required the support of our helpful local MP (now sadly retired) to overturn, we were interested to see if having the imprimatur of a reputable professional migration agent overcame these problems. The answer is a resounding "yes". Although exactly the same paperwork supported the applications, the outcome was completely different: both applications were approved quickly and without question. Their help also reduced my stress levels by some 80%.  We will use this company again.

I recently used Migration Downunder to attain my student visa. My visa was approved without any issues. I worked closely with Rowena who was fantastic. She always replied quickly to any of my emails and arranged many skype calls (which worked very well with the time differences). I would definitely recommend Migration Downunder to any one seeking a Visa to Australia. They were extremely professional and obviously had a lot of experience/knowledge.
