The food was fresh, hot and tasty but took over half an hour to be brought to our table. The staff were all lovely and friendly.
First time back in 12 minths , didnt dissapoint
Prices are reasonable like any pub. We ordered two beef scnittys and mine was very average tasteless and way to oily. Meals are usually good here but very disappointed with tonight’s meal.
Just your standard pub meal, it’s quite good.
Great food enjoyed the friendly staff, had a little fluter on the Kino, won some cash. What a great night.

Blast from the past revisiting what was once The Downs Hotel and Horatios Disco. Nice grub...
Midway tavern is excellent for a meal.. would definitely recommend...freindly staff .. good prices and the size of the meals are very generous both me and the wife were struggling to finish our meals ...will definitely be back
Great food always. If I had to complain it would be about the salad serve you get with your meal, which compared to before covid is disappointing. I miss the beetroot, potato salad, coleslaw etc we used to get. The staff are amazing & it's a great place to catch up with friends.
