The most frustrating business I have ever had to deal with. The only time you get to speak with a live person is for sales, probably because they haven't got your money yet and if you hang on and speak to anyone they aren't all that interested and just tell you to fill in the form. The only sane people seem to work in the service dept. but you can't get to them. For simple parts request they require you to fill in your life story on an online form so that they can give you the price of a $20 part.. Doesn't the dope who owns this business get the fact that not everyone has the NBN connected as people mostly buy tractors because they live in rural areas with little or no internet access?

Very helpful pre sale and great after sale service. East Wind tractor has not skipped a beat. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. Excellent value for money!!!

There is NO after-sale service! Chinese Tractors do NOT have proper manual as well as no where close to their rated capacities.If your tractor's engine cooks,DO NOT trust this company's or their dealership's "Warranty" claims because they won't do ANYTHING to help you or to solve the problem and you will end up with a broken tractor with "warranty"...! Implements are way too over-priced for made in China implements,try searching the web,you will easily find them half price with better quality.
