The truck is always late. Last time I booked it was 2 hrs late and same this time I booked it for 1:30 pm and when I called them on 2:40pm that its getting late, so they said truck isn’t loaded yet. And on top they argue and tell lies about timing. Don’t book from these guys if you wanna save yours and workers time. Very poor management

I poured a massive job with them and the concrete, service, and quality were excellent, Dave and crew really know their stuff and assisted me with all my concreting requirements. Would not hesitate to use them on all my concreting needs.

If I could give 0 I would!!! DIGUSTING SERVICE AND QUALITY of product. Do not waste your hard earned money because this company will take your money and leave you high & dry.n2 weeks ago orded concrete, delivery was 2.5 hours late, delivery poor quality concrete that was already set and drying before being poured. 2 weeks been chasing with multiple calls daily Jeff the sales rep to address the issue and nothing. Thrown in our face, $530 wasted and the worst quality concrete and was told nothing they can do it, its not their fault. We are now forced to pay someone else to fix it. Disgusting and should be ashamed by the product and service

I ordered 4.8 m3 of concrete for the job in rock bank .they delivered less quantity in a result I could not finished the job ,when I complain about quantity the female staff came so rude .Midway is thug and made to establish unbalance relationships between tradie and customer ,their driver broke one of the storm water and didn’t express anything.I do not recommend this company because of quality quantity and safety issue .We should discourage this kind of business in AustralianI went to the site  after 2 days of concrete done it’s was crack everywhere I cut the line to prevent expansion but still coming new cracks ,it’s worse I might have to remove some part or do Color seal after filling .totally frustrating.

Phoned the 3rd time to complain about a dangerous Midway truck driver. This time B double with Midway trailers came around the corner hard. I rang to inform of the dangerous driving. Was told that their trailers are driven by subbies and it's not their responsibility. Really? Absolute piss poor response. As mentioned, third time I've called them so obviously it's a culture they are fostering.
