Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were warm and welcoming, the beds were unbelievably comfy, and the complimentary mini bar restocked daily! was such a treat. Breakfasts were a total highlight—so tasty! We loved unwinding at the bar with a nightcap, and the pool and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is spot on—right in the heart of Braddon with heaps of restaurants and bars just a stroll away, and super easy to Uber or drive to all the main sights. Can’t fault a thing!
Visiting Australia on business and booked a room for a few weeks. Excellent amenities, comfortable room, and friendly staff. The rooms have mini refrigerators thats stocked daily or as needed, definitely a win. Their restaurant had amazing dishes well prepared to your liking and the location was perfectly located around a bunch of activities and restaurants. If I had to make one critique it would be the car garage. The ticket machine wasn’t always working and sometimes they had to have someone out there letting guests in. When you drive down into the garage it’s a bit tight and the same departing. Overall this hotel was amazing for my first trip to Australia and made it a memorable one. We will return. A+
Fantastic hotel and the only hotel to stay in Canberra.nnLong lap pool, gym and sauna was a must for our selection criteria. Brandon shopping centre only a short walk away with great food, Anita Gelato and kingpin for the kids.nnRoom, facilities, breakfast was wonderful.nnVery impressed with the value for money as well as we stayed for a family of four in 2 adjoining rooms over the Easter long weekend. Highly recommended and only hotel we will stay in in Canberra.nnThanksnTeam
Okay, gotta say, our room looked WAY morenncomfy and stylish than the pictures shown on their website, which was a welcomed surprise!nAnd a free mini-bar is a huge plus right there. As a gym-goer, I was satisfied with the facilities - not the best I've ever seen, but totally doable for a workout. Good that they have a sauna onsite too.
Brilliantly located close to Lonsdale Street. Bed was big and comfortable with pillows to match. Very clean and well maintained room. Great facilities. Just a couple of things I’d note; the rain shower head was so low, anyone over 5’10 won’t be able to stand upright under it at least in my room. Also being adjacent to the pool directly opposite the towel supply shelving, the wet carpeting right in front of the room door and constant foot traffic opening and slamming of the pool access door wasn’t pleasant. Pity parking isn’t included at a better rate. But the complimentary mini bar was a nice treat though.
