I live in St Kilda and was looking for a local Osteopath to help with my headaches and neck pain, the practitioners at Middle Park Osteo got right to the source of my pain and I had immediate relief. I also love that they are open late evenings till 9pm and on Saturday which means I can get there outside of work hours with ease.

I have had ongoing headaches and sciatica for years and have tried many different types of treatment to resolve some of the pain. But besides yoga I have had little success. I visited Georgina's rooms last month and felt immediately at ease with the situation. She took a thorough history of my problems and talked me through what she had in mind. The treatments were gentle but very effective. The first treatment instantly alleviated the tingling and numbness I have had in my left hand from an injury three years ago. I also saw improvement in the intensity and frequency of the headaches and sciatica I have suffered from for over ten years. As I was about to leave Melbourne, Georgina gave me lots of good advice and techniques to take away with me to help keep my body balanced and functioning while I am away. I could see she had a genuine interest in resolving my symptoms completely. I would strongly recommend osteopathy in general for the resolution of back and neck pain, and Georgina in particular as an experienced and gentle practitioner.
