Mitchell squeezed me in on a Saturday morning and fixed a clunk noise in my RS3 that a few other workshops couldn’t within an hour or two. Great bloke too! Booked for brake service first thing in the morning to get car ready within a couple of hours but been asked to come back 3-4h later for a simple brake pad change all around which should take 1h+ with professional tools.... Phone quote was changed and got quoted double the amount on arrival. Just too unprofessional for my liking, didn’t go ahead with service, ended up being a waste of my time.
I have been to many mechanics but never experienced anything better than this one. Mitchel is professional and very fair on pricing and advice. I have been quoted by mobile inspectors about some grease on the ball joint and advised to change. The car has only done 48000km. I popped in at Midas and without any waiting time, Mitchel put the car up and examined and advised no change is required as it is in good working condition. I was already under the impression it needs to be replaced and got quote from Mitchel. He could just charge me and get it replaced but instead, he advised the fair and correct suggestion! Looked after by Mitchell. Great service, only downside for me tricky entrance off P'matta road. If you bring in a bigger car just take it easy driving in. Otherwise service is great. Mitchell provided some great advice as well.

Sam was good on this workplace he was very helpful does not take advantage of people coming to the store. A good place to have your engine changed and other services!!!
