Stayed 1 night with my husband and mother in law who has advanced dementia and slight mobility issues. We had been given a room upstairs but when the desk clerk saw my mother in law he had immediately ran out to change our room to one downstairs where she would have no problem accessing. My husband and I were extremely touched by his caring manner. If I could have five more than 5 stars I would have. Fantastic service.

Yes, this place is obviously an older motel. But rooms are spacious and everything is clean and well maintained. It's also really well located and well priced all considered. Staff are friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend this place.

This is a very tired motel with lights missing above beds, cracks in walls, hanging hooks broken.  It was clean though.  Basically it is somewhere you stay if you need a clean bed when breaking your journey as we were and it was fine for this, but I wouldn’t stay there for more than this

We were a little disappointed this stay….2nd April 2024nnThe room needs some maintenance.nSome power points had the trims off.nThe wallpaper above the bed closest the windows was all ripped.nThe hot water run out when my wife was having a shower so I couldn’t have a hot shower.nTwo of the bed head lights had no bulbs so didn’t work.nnCompared to previous stays I was disappointed.

Lovely quiet location, close to town, friendly staff, clean and tidy.  Happy to stay again.
