Wonderfully nostalgic place with retro furniture, music and vibes. Not too loud so you can still hold a conversation. Seating inside and out and good parking. Daughter 1 had eggs Benedict with bacon of which some was crispy and some not as cooked but still nice. My bacon was the same half and half but still nice with 2 thick maple syrup pancakes and an egg. Daughter 2 had cheeseburger with chips and onion rings which she enjoyed. We all had iced coffees 2 of which were decaf which were nice and served in cute glasses.
Always great food and coffee here. The food has to be the best part: affordable pricing, made with quality ingredients and holding plenty of flavour. The decor and music makes for a nice venue you don’t see anywhere else in Perth. Love it!
This vintage inspired coffee shop is a great place to visit for all lovers of years gone by. A lot of thought went into the interior design, and it looks just right. The coffee was well made and the eggs did well on the toast. The vegan pad Thai was a little far removed from the real thing, but I guess thats the price you pay for vg.Food: 4/5
Went to this place with the family for lunch. Large and spacious and clean. Place has a retro feel to it. Surprised to see this type of place in the suburbs. Food good also. I got the Canadian Pancakes pancakes, egg, bacon. 20.50. My wife got the Kid's French Toast. 12.50. Either this or the Eggs on Toast 13.50 tasted the best. Coffee here good also. Piece of cake from the counter also tasted good
Great place to relive the good old days with the furniture and color schemes Food wise was bit disappointed especially with the kids pancake, rather dry and hard. But service was good and prompt.
Had a group here recently after being away for a while. Had the same wonderful friendly service as before and having spent decades in customer service I know this is no accident! Thank you for making our reunion of 12 friends so enjoyable and fitting us in with zero drama and 100% kindness.
Staff was very friendly, made you feel welcomed. Lots of vintage items, very interesting pieces, true to advertising. Food was delicious, got the berry pancakes and chicken waffles, good potion sizes not too large. Loved the touch of cotton candy on top of the pancakes. Coffee was good although a stubtle taste that I wasnt too keen on but was still enjoyable. Keen to come again! Kid-friendliness: Booths, not for little kids as there are lots of fragile collectables.
Great coffee, super friendly service, and wonderful retro vibes comfy lounge chairs too! Vegetarian options: Lots of vego and vegan options. Parking: Parking directly outside the cafe. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options.
This quaint cafe has it all ,whether it's coffee, lunch etc set amongst The vintage decor is rare. There's plentiful choices on the menu for either breakfast/ lunch or afternoon tea. The cakes are delicious. I had the chicken club sandwich which was very tasty. Unfortunately the toast was cold I suggest toasting the bread last after preparation of filling. I'll be back as love to share this delightful Cafe with friends and family
My wife heard about this place online.. so we went to the cafe with the family. It's located in Yokine.. somewhere near Wanneroo Road. To use her expression, it was 'in the middle of nowhere'. But boy, was it worth the trip. The food was plentiful, and tasty, the service was very friendly. The star attraction was all the furniture and effects eg books and bric-a-brac harkening back to the '50s 60s and 70s era. The photos should give you a taste of their range. Us oldies loved reviving the memories.. and the rest of the family were bemused, and, in some cases, bewildered by the tastes of those fabulous decades. To use the words of one of our harshest family critics- 'I liked it'!!!
